What you should expect..........
- Furniture, floors and carpets will be protected by poly plastic or clean drop cloths.
- All surfaces will be properly prepared and sanded as needed prior to the application of any paint or primer.
- All bare surfaces will receive the appropriate primer. Water marks, pen marks and other stains or blemishes will be properly sealed with a primer to stop the bleed through .
- Any loose paint or other imperfections on walls or ceilings will be removed by scraping or sanding.
- Cracks and holes in walls and ceilings will be repaired with drywall mud. Texture will be repaired to match existing.
- Holes and imperfections on woodwork will be filled, sanded smooth and primed.
- Cracks and gaps between the different surfaces will be filled with caulk.
- All glossy surfaces will be sanded or dulled for proper paint adhesion.
- Only quality materials will be used. Simply put, premium quality materials look the best and last the longest.
- Newly painted surfaces will be free of runs, sags and drips. There will be NO paint on windowpanes, carpets, floors or ANYTHING else not being painted.
- The work will be done in a neat and professional manner by skilled craftsmen that are polite, friendly and work efficiently.
- The job site will be kept clean at the end of each day and secured when the crew is not on the site.
- Waste materials, by-products and used solvents will be disposed of safely, properly and in an environmentally responsible manner.
