
- All areas around your home or business, including your shrubs, landscaping, roof, sidewalks, etc. will be protected from the start to finish by poly plastic or drop clothes.
- All surfaces to be painted will be thoroughly pressure washed and cleaned. This very effective means of preparation removes harmful occidents, pollutants, and dirt which helps new paint adhere to the existing surface.
- Mildew (which can attack and degrade the paint coating from the outside or inside) will be treated and killed.
- Any loose caulking will be removed and replaced. Any open gaps will be filled with new caulking to prevent rain and moisture from penetrating below the surface.
- All areas of loose paint will be scraped. Further sanding and smoothing may be necessary for maintenance and cosmetic considerations. The correct primers will be applied to all bare wood and metal to insure proper adhesion of the new paint. This step also helps prevent future peeling in these areas. Any loose nails will be re-set as necessary.
- Windows, sidewalks, roof areas, driveways, and plants will be properly covered to avoid paint splatter.
- Only quality materials will be used. Simply put, quality materials look the best and last the longest.
- The work will be done in a neat and professional manner by skilled craftsmen that are polite, friendly, and work effciently.
- All trash and debris will be cleaned up and removed from the jobsite.
- Waste materials, by-products, and used solvents will be disposed of safely, properly, and in an enviromentally responsible manner.
- The proper approved safety techniques and equipment will be employed so that your job can be completed safely.
- Touch up paint will be left for your future convenience in labled containers or we have available storage room in our shop.
